Customer Notice 

IDM would like to inform you of a change to our operating hours

This has been under consideration for some time -  as an employer we strongly feel that we should do all that we can to assist in improving our employees’ work/life balance, nurture their skills and reward their hard work and loyalty.

Therefore, in consultation with all employees, we have decided to operate a compressed working week, beginning Monday 31^st August.  Although this extends the working day, it also affords our employees an extra day off for a longer weekend, reduces their daily commutes and maintains their full pay and benefits.

Our new operating hours are as follows:

*Please note that reception will be available for calls only on Fridays from 09:00 to 13:00.

Outside these hours, the factory and offices may appear open while works are undertaken during construction of an extension to the factory, however we will be unable to accept visitors.

Friday deliveries will continue as normal, where required additional arrangements have been made with the carrier.

Thank you for your continued custom, we appreciate your patience while both you, and IDM, adjust to this new operating format.
